  • Unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • In the original packaging, including any tags or labels

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged (unless defective)


3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at payment@robynwear.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  3. Ship Your Return: Send your return item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please ensure that your return is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a service with tracking to ensure that your return reaches us.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
